How much time should I spend in making a Cover letter or Resume?
The length of your cover letter should not exceed one page. It should introduce yourself and explain why you are the ideal candidate for the job. It must be succinct while still piqueing the hiring manager’s interest. If you carry on for more than a page, the reader will become bored.
It’s also a good idea to keep your resume to one page, especially if you’ve only been in the profession for a short period. Hiring managers just spend 6 seconds perusing your CV, so keep it to one page and fill it with powerful keywords to stand out.
